Sheet Pan Roasted Vegetables With Sausage
A simple and flavorful weeknight meal featuring roasted vegetables and Italian sausage, all cooked on one sheet pan for easy cleanup.

Italian sausage-sweet or hot, sliced into 1 inch pieces

Red onion-cut into wedges

Bell pepper-any color, chopped

Broccoli florets

A simple and flavorful weeknight meal featuring roasted vegetables and Italian sausage, all cooked on one sheet pan for easy cleanup.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine all Vegetables with Olive oil, Italian seasoning, Garlic powder, Salt, and Black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
- Arrange the Sausage pieces amongst the vegetables on the baking sheet.
- Roast for 30-35 minutes, or until the sausage is cooked through and the vegetables are tender and slightly browned, flipping halfway through.
- Serve immediately.
