1 Red onion-cut into wedges
1 Bell pepper-any color, cut into chunks

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine all Vegetables with Olive oil, Italian seasoning, Garlic powder, Salt, and Black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
  4. Add the Italian sausage to the baking sheet, spacing it evenly among the vegetables.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the sausage is cooked through and the vegetables are tender and slightly browned. Flip the sausage halfway through cooking.
  6. Serve immediately.
