Instructions
  1. In a bowl, toss Shrimp ingredients together and set aside.
  2. Bring Chicken Broth to a boil in a medium saucepan. Gradually whisk in Grits and reduce heat to low. Cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring frequently, until grits are creamy.
  3. Stir in Butter and Cheddar Cheese into the Grits until melted and smooth.
  4. While grits are cooking, melt Butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add Shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.
  6. Pour in Heavy Cream and Lemon Juice. Simmer for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Serve Shrimp and sauce over Grits.
