Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine all Ribs ingredients and rub evenly over the ribs.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together all Sauce ingredients until well combined.
- Place ribs in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over them, ensuring they are well coated.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until the ribs are very tender.
- If desired, broil for 5-10 minutes after slow cooking to caramelize the sauce.
