A comforting and easy chicken noodle soup made in the slow cooker, perfect for a cozy night in.
Instructions
- Place Chicken into the slow cooker.
- Add Vegetables to the slow cooker.
- Combine Broth & Seasoning ingredients and pour over the chicken and vegetables.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred with two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker.
- Add Noodles to the slow cooker and cook on high for 20-30 minutes, or until noodles are tender.
- Remove bay leaf before serving.
