Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine all Ribs ingredients and rub evenly over the ribs.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together all Sauce ingredients.
  3. Place ribs in the slow cooker.
  4. Pour Sauce over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until ribs are very tender.
  6. If desired, broil for 5-10 minutes to caramelize the sauce before serving.
