1/2 tsp Baking Soda

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together all Dry Ingredients.
  3. Cut in the Cold Butter using a pastry blender or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Add the Sour Milk and stir gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and gently pat down to about 3/4 inch thickness.
  6. Cut out biscuits using a 2-inch biscuit cutter. Place biscuits onto the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with butter and jam.
