A classic, comforting meatloaf with a tangy BBQ glaze, perfect for a weeknight dinner.
A classic, comforting meatloaf with a tangy BBQ glaze, perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine all Meatloaf ingredients. Mix gently until just combined – do not overmix.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a loaf pan.
- In a small bowl, whisk together all BBQ Glaze ingredients.
- Spread half of the BBQ Glaze over the meatloaf.
- Bake for 60 minutes. Spread the remaining BBQ Glaze over the meatloaf during the last 15 minutes of baking.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
