Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook Spaghetti according to package directions. Drain.
Brown Ground Beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
Stir in Sauce ingredients into the skillet with the Ground Beef. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Combine cooked Spaghetti and the meat sauce in a large bowl.
Pour the spaghetti mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with Cheese.
Top with Tortilla Chips, Black Olives, and Green Onions.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
