Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Roll out the Flatbread dough to desired thickness and place on a baking sheet.
- In a saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Gradually whisk in Milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
- Reduce heat and stir in Cheddar cheese, Garlic powder, Cayenne pepper, Salt, and Black pepper until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
- Add cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir to combine.
- Spread the Mac & Cheese mixture evenly over the Flatbread dough.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and bubbly.
- Sprinkle with Chopped green onions before serving.
