Instructions
  1. Cut the Brioche bread into 1-inch thick sticks.
  2. In a shallow dish, whisk together all Custard ingredients.
  3. In a separate shallow dish, combine all Cinnamon Sugar ingredients.
  4. Dip each bread stick into the Custard mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
  5. Place the soaked bread sticks into the Cinnamon Sugar mixture, coating them evenly.
  6. Melt the Unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  7. Cook the bread sticks for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Serve immediately.
