Sticky Bun French Toast Sticks
Classic French toast sticks coated in a cinnamon-sugar mixture, reminiscent of sticky buns. A quick and easy breakfast or brunch treat.

Instructions
- Cut the Brioche bread into 1-inch thick sticks.
- In a shallow dish, whisk together all Custard ingredients.
- In a separate shallow dish, combine all Cinnamon Sugar ingredients.
- Dip each bread stick into the Custard mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
- Place the soaked bread sticks into the Cinnamon Sugar mixture, coating them evenly.
- Melt the Unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the bread sticks for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve immediately.
