1/2 cup Pizza sauce
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup Pepperoni-sliced

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll croissant dough sheet and spread Sauce evenly over the surface.
  3. Sprinkle Filling evenly over the sauce.
  4. Roll up the dough tightly into a log.
  5. Cut the log into 6 equal slices.
  6. Place slices cut-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Whisk together Egg Wash ingredients and brush over the croissants.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
