Sweet Chili Chicken Avocado Toast
A quick and easy weeknight meal featuring crispy chicken tossed in sweet chili sauce, served on toasted bread with creamy avocado.

Chicken breast-cut into 1 inch pieces

Olive oil

1/4 tsp
Black pepper

A quick and easy weeknight meal featuring crispy chicken tossed in sweet chili sauce, served on toasted bread with creamy avocado.
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss Chicken with Olive oil, Salt, and Black pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add Chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes, or until cooked through.
- While Chicken is cooking, prepare the Sauce by combining Sweet chili sauce, Soy sauce, and Rice vinegar in a small bowl.
- Once Chicken is cooked, pour Sauce over it and toss to coat evenly.
- Mash Avocado with Lime juice in a separate bowl.
- Toast Bread to your desired level of crispness.
- Spread mashed Avocado on toasted Bread.
- Top with Sweet chili Chicken and serve immediately.

Instructions
- In a bowl, toss Chicken with Olive oil, Salt, and Black pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add Chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes, or until cooked through.
