  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together all Base ingredients.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine all Wet Ingredients and whisk until well blended.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Gently fold in the Corn kernels.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
