1 tbsp Dried Sweetgrass (culinary grade)
1/2 cup Water
1 tsp Lemon Juice

Instructions
  1. Combine Berries, Sugar, and Water in a medium saucepan.
  2. Add Sweetgrass to the saucepan.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves.
  4. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the syrup has thickened to your desired consistency. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in Lemon Juice.
  6. Strain the syrup through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the sweetgrass and berry seeds. Discard the solids.
  7. Let cool completely before storing in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
