1 lb Ground beef
1 Yellow onion-diced
2 Green bell peppers-diced
2 cloves Garlic-minced
1 (15 oz) can Kidney beans-drained and rinsed

Instructions
  1. In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the Ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  2. Add the Yellow onion and Green bell peppers to the pot and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in the Garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Combine all Sauce ingredients in the pot. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the Kidney beans and Pinto beans, and all Seasoning ingredients. Stir well.
  6. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for at least 60 minutes, stirring occasionally. Longer simmering will enhance the flavor.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite toppings (cheese, sour cream, onions).
