Texas Roadhouse Chili
A hearty and flavorful chili inspired by the popular restaurant, made with ground beef, beans, and a blend of chili seasonings.

A hearty and flavorful chili inspired by the popular restaurant, made with ground beef, beans, and a blend of chili seasonings.
Instructions
- In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the Ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
- Add the Yellow onion and Green bell peppers to the pot and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the Garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Combine all Sauce ingredients in the pot. Bring to a simmer.
- Add the Kidney beans and Pinto beans, and all Seasoning ingredients. Stir well.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for at least 60 minutes, stirring occasionally. Longer simmering will enhance the flavor.
- Serve hot with your favorite toppings (cheese, sour cream, onions).
