
TikTok Sushi Bake Cups
A simplified version of the viral sushi bake, made in individual cups for easy serving. This recipe uses readily available ingredients and focuses on ease of preparation.

A simplified version of the viral sushi bake, made in individual cups for easy serving. This recipe uses readily available ingredients and focuses on ease of preparation.
Instructions
- Prepare the Rice: In a bowl, combine the Rice Vinegar, Sugar, and Salt. Mix well until the sugar and salt are dissolved. Gently fold this mixture into the Cooked White Rice and set aside.
- Prepare the Salmon: Bake the Salmon Fillet at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through. Flake the salmon with a fork.
- Prepare the Spicy Mayo: In a small bowl, combine the Mayonnaise and Sriracha. Mix well.
- Assemble the Sushi Bake Cups: Divide the seasoned rice evenly among 6 cups or ramekins. Top with the flaked salmon, then drizzle generously with the Spicy Mayo.
- Garnish: Sprinkle with Everything Bagel Seasoning and Nori Seaweed pieces. Add a slice of Avocado to each cup.
- Serve immediately or chill for later.
