A simple and spicy Korean rice cake dish, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients. Mix well and set aside.
- In a pot or large pan, add Water, sliced Onion, and the Sauce mixture. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Add the Korean rice cakes (Tteok) and Fish Cakes. Simmer for about 8-10 minutes, or until the rice cakes are soft and chewy, and the sauce has thickened.
- Add chopped Green Onions and minced Garlic during the last minute of cooking.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
