2 Green onions-chopped
2 cloves Garlic-minced
2 tbsp Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
1 tbsp Gochugaru (Korean chili powder)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients. Mix well and set aside.
  2. In a pot or large pan, add Water, sliced Onion, and the Sauce mixture. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  3. Add the Korean rice cakes (Tteok) and Fish Cakes. Simmer for about 8-10 minutes, or until the rice cakes are soft and chewy, and the sauce has thickened.
  4. Add chopped Green Onions and minced Garlic during the last minute of cooking.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
