Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together all 'Batter' ingredients until smooth.
- Add the 'Cauliflower' florets to the batter, tossing gently to ensure each floret is fully coated.
- Arrange the coated cauliflower florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are not touching.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender-crisp and lightly browned.
- While the cauliflower bakes, prepare the 'Buffalo Sauce' by whisking together the hot sauce, melted vegan butter, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
- Once baked, remove the cauliflower from the oven. Pour the 'Buffalo Sauce' over the hot cauliflower and toss gently until all florets are evenly coated.
- Return the sauced cauliflower to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes, until the sauce is slightly caramelized and sticky.
- Serve hot with 'For Serving (Optional)' items like vegan ranch dressing, celery sticks, and carrot sticks.
