Vegetable Soup
A hearty and comforting vegetable soup, perfect for a chilly day. This recipe uses readily available ingredients and is easy to make.

Instructions
- Heat Olive Oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add Carrots, Celery, and Onion from the Vegetables group and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add Potatoes, Green Beans, and Corn from the Vegetables group and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Pour in Vegetable Broth from the Broth & Seasoning group.
- Add Diced Tomatoes, Thyme, Oregano, Pepper, and Salt from the Broth & Seasoning group.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot.
