  1. Heat Olive Oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.
  2. Add Onion, Carrots, and Celery from the Vegetables group and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add Potatoes and Green Beans from the Vegetables group and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
  4. Pour in Chicken Broth from the Broth & Seasoning group, and add Diced Tomatoes, Thyme, Rosemary, Salt, and Pepper from the Broth & Seasoning group.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
  6. Stir in Frozen Peas from the Vegetables group during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
  7. Serve hot.
