  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place Vegetable Oil in a muffin tin, ensuring each cup is well coated.
  2. Whisk together all Batter ingredients until smooth. Let the batter rest for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Carefully pour the batter into the hot oil-filled muffin cups, filling each about halfway.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until puffed up and golden brown. Do not open the oven door during baking!
  5. Serve immediately with roast beef and gravy.
