Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place Vegetable Oil in a muffin tin, ensuring each cup is well coated.
- Whisk together all Batter ingredients until smooth. Let the batter rest for at least 30 minutes.
- Carefully pour the batter into the hot oil-filled muffin cups, filling each about halfway.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until puffed up and golden brown. Do not open the oven door during baking!
- Serve immediately with roast beef and gravy.
