🎙️ Cook with voice coach- 1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. Combine crushed pistachios and panko breadcrumbs.
- 3. Whisk Dijon mustard and honey; brush onto salmon fillets.
- 4. Press pistachio-panko mixture onto salmon for an even crust.
- 5. Air fry salmon for 9-12 minutes until golden and medium-rare/medium.
- 6. Concurrently, prepare Saffron Emulsion: Reduce white wine, heavy cream, and saffron by half in a skillet over medium heat.
- 7. Lower heat, whisk in cold butter cubes one by one until thick and glossy. Stir in lemon juice, remove from heat.
- 8. Serve crusted salmon atop pooled Saffron Emulsion.
