Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all Chicken ingredients and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat Olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add Chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Add Veggies to the skillet with the Chicken and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- While the Chicken and Veggies are cooking, prepare the Sauce by combining all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
- Warm the Flour tortillas according to package directions.
- Spread a thin layer of Sauce onto each tortilla.
- Sprinkle with Cheese, then top with the Chicken and Veggie mixture.
- Roll up tightly and serve immediately.
