  1. Prepare the Tartar Sauce: Combine all Tartar Sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. Combine all Breading ingredients in a shallow dish.
  3. In a separate shallow dish, whisk together all Batter ingredients.
  4. Dredge each Cod fillet in the Breading, then dip into the Batter, ensuring it's fully coated.
  5. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Carefully fry the coated Cod fillets in batches for 3-5 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove the fish and place on a wire rack to drain excess oil.
  8. Serve immediately with French fries, Coleslaw, and Tartar Sauce.
