Rainbow Ice Cream Pancakes

Fun and colorful pancakes with a scoop of ice cream and rainbow sprinkles. A simple treat for kids and adults alike!
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the Pancake Batter ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Divide the batter into four separate bowls.
- Add a different Rainbow Colors food coloring to each bowl and mix well.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup of each colored batter onto the hot griddle, creating a rainbow effect.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve immediately with a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream, Rainbow Sprinkles, and Maple Syrup.
