  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook Bacon in a large skillet until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine Ranch Dressing ingredients: Dry Ranch Dressing Mix, Sour Cream, and Milk. Mix well.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooked Bacon, Tater Tots, Frozen Peas and Carrots, and Ranch Dressing. Mix until evenly coated.
  5. Pour mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle with Shredded Cheddar Cheese.
  7. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until bubbly and cheese is melted and golden brown.
