Bacon-Wrapped Cinnamon Twists
A simple and satisfying treat featuring flaky puff pastry, a sweet cinnamon filling, and crispy bacon.

Granulated sugar

Ground cinnamon
2 tbsp
Unsalted butter-softened

A simple and satisfying treat featuring flaky puff pastry, a sweet cinnamon filling, and crispy bacon.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Thaw puff pastry sheet according to package directions.
- In a small bowl, combine all Filling ingredients until well blended.
- Spread the Filling evenly over the puff pastry sheet.
- Roll the puff pastry sheet tightly into a log.
- Cut the log into 1-inch (2.5 cm) thick slices.
- Wrap each slice with a half slice of Bacon, securing with a toothpick if needed.
- Place the twists on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the pastry is golden brown.
- While the twists are baking, prepare the Glaze by whisking together Powdered sugar and Milk until smooth.
- Remove twists from oven and let cool slightly. Drizzle with Glaze before serving.
