Baked Oats Lava Cake

A simple and satisfying baked oats dessert that mimics the gooey center of a lava cake. Perfect for a quick and healthy treat.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two ramekins.
- Combine all Oats, Wet Ingredients, Cocoa Powder, Baking Powder, and Salt in a blender.
- Blend until smooth. Stir in Chocolate Chips.
- Pour mixture into prepared ramekins.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until edges are set but the center is still slightly gooey.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
