  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8x8 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together all Dry Ingredients.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine all Wet Ingredients.
  4. Pour the Wet Ingredients into the Dry Ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let cool slightly before cutting and serving.
