  2. Brown Beef in a large skillet over medium heat; drain off any excess grease.
  3. Steam or boil Broccoli until tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes. Drain well.

  5. Combine cooked rice, browned beef, and broccoli in the bowl with the sauce. Mix well.
