  1. Brown the Beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  2. Cook the Pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the Butter from the Sauce group. Whisk in the Flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to create a roux.
  4. Gradually whisk in the Milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
  5. Add the Garlic powder, Onion powder, Paprika, Black pepper, and Salt from the Sauce group. Continue to simmer for 5 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in the Cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Add the cooked Pasta and browned Beef to the cheese sauce. Stir to combine.
  8. Serve immediately.
