Simple, comforting toast made with rendered beef fat for a savory, umami-rich flavor.
Instructions
- Melt Beef Dripping in a skillet over medium heat.
- Toast Bread slices in the melted Beef Dripping for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove toast from skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess fat.
- Sprinkle with Salt and Black Pepper-ground while still warm. Serve immediately.
