BJ's Brewhouse Pizookie
A warm, gooey chocolate chip cookie baked in a skillet and topped with vanilla ice cream. A simplified version of the BJ's Brewhouse favorite.

A warm, gooey chocolate chip cookie baked in a skillet and topped with vanilla ice cream. A simplified version of the BJ's Brewhouse favorite.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cream together the Butter and Granulated Sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the Egg and Vanilla Extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the All-Purpose Flour, Baking Soda, and Salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Stir in the Chocolate Chips.
- Pour the dough into a lightly greased 8-inch cast iron skillet or oven-safe dish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown around the edges but still slightly soft in the center.
- Let cool for a few minutes before topping with Vanilla Ice Cream and serving immediately.
