1 cup Packed Brown Sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine all Crust ingredients in a bowl and press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
  3. Bake crust for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden.
  4. While crust is baking, prepare the Filling. In a separate bowl, whisk together Packed Brown Sugar, Heavy Cream, Butter-melted, Large Eggs, Vanilla Extract, and Salt until well combined.
  5. Pour Filling over the pre-baked crust.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until filling is set but still slightly jiggly in the center.
  7. Let cool completely before serving.
