Instructions
  1. In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat Olive Oil from Vegetables over medium-high heat.
  2. Add Ground Buffalo from Buffalo and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned.
  3. Add Onion, Celery, and Carrots from Vegetables to the pot and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in Chili Powder, Cumin, Smoked Paprika, Cayenne Pepper, Salt, and Black Pepper from Seasoning.
  5. Add Diced Tomatoes and Frozen Corn from Vegetables.
  6. Pour in Beef Broth from Liquid and bring to a boil.
  7. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for at least 30 minutes, or up to an hour, stirring occasionally.
