  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook Rice according to package directions.
  3. In a large bowl, combine Beef, cooked Rice, Salt, and Paprika. Mix well.
  4. Core the Cabbage and carefully separate the leaves. Blanch the leaves in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until pliable. Drain and set aside.
  5. Place a portion of the Beef mixture onto each Cabbage leaf and roll it up. Arrange the rolls in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients. Pour the sauce over the Cabbage rolls.
  7. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 60 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbly and the Cabbage rolls are heated through.
