Cheeseburger Tater Tot Cups

Classic cheeseburger flavors baked into crispy tater tot cups. A fun and easy weeknight meal!
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
- In a large skillet, cook Ground Beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain off any excess grease.
- Stir in Seasoning into the cooked ground beef.
- In a small bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients. Add the sauce to the ground beef and stir to combine.
- Place one Tater Tot in each muffin cup, pressing it slightly into the bottom and up the sides to form a cup.
- Fill each tater tot cup with the ground beef mixture.
- Top each cup with Shredded Cheddar Cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the tater tots are golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Top with Diced Onion and Diced Pickles before serving.
