
Cheesecake Factory Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake
A simplified version of the Cheesecake Factory's Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake, made with readily available ingredients and straightforward techniques.

Chocolate Wafer Cookies-crushed

Unsalted Butter-melted

A simplified version of the Cheesecake Factory's Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake, made with readily available ingredients and straightforward techniques.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Combine all Crust ingredients and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake crust for 8-10 minutes. Let cool.
- In a large bowl, beat all Filling ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Pour filling over cooled crust.
- Bake for 55-70 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center still jiggles slightly.
- Let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Make the Ganache: Heat Heavy Cream in a saucepan until simmering. Pour over chopped Semi-Sweet Chocolate. Let sit for 1 minute, then stir until smooth.
- Pour Ganache over chilled cheesecake and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow Ganache to set.
