Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all Chicken ingredients and mix well.
- Heat oil for frying (about 2 inches deep) to 350°F (175°C).
- Dredge chicken pieces in Coating, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Fry chicken in batches for 4-5 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In a saucepan, combine all Sauce ingredients. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened (about 3-5 minutes).
- Add fried chicken to the Sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with Green onions and Sesame seeds. Serve immediately with rice.
