  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat together all Cheesecake Filling ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  3. Unroll croissant dough and separate into triangles. Place each triangle into a muffin cup, gently pressing to fit.
  4. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of Cheesecake Filling into each croissant-lined muffin cup.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and the filling is set.
  6. While muffins are baking, prepare the Glaze. In a small bowl, whisk together Powdered sugar and Milk until smooth. Add more milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
  7. Let muffins cool slightly before drizzling with Glaze. Serve immediately.
