  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook rice and chicken if not already cooked.
  3. Steam or microwave Broccoli Florets until tender-crisp.
  4. In a saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Whisk in Flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to create a roux.
  5. Gradually whisk in Milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. Cook until thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in Salt, Pepper, and Cheddar Cheese until melted and smooth. This is your Sauce.
  7. In a large bowl, combine Cooked Chicken, Cooked Rice, and Broccoli Florets.
  8. Pour Sauce over the chicken and broccoli mixture and stir to combine.
  9. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  10. In a small bowl, combine Crushed Ritz Crackers and Melted Butter. Sprinkle over the casserole.
  11. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
