Dinner has a soundtrack. 13 songs paced to this 76-minute cook—from first chop to clean kitchen.

Start the first song before you prep. Follow the recipe for cooking times, then let the final tracks carry you through cleanup.

  1. Season Beef with Italian Seasoning, Garlic Powder, Salt, and Pepper. Sear Beef in a large pot until browned on all sides.
  2. Add Beef Broth to the pot, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45-60 minutes, or until Beef is very tender.
  3. While Beef is simmering, cook Italian Sausage in a separate pan until fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
  4. Shred the Beef with two forks. In a small bowl, whisk together Cornstarch and cup of cold water to create a slurry. Add slurry to the Beef broth and cook until thickened, about 2 minutes. Stir in Worcestershire Sauce.
  5. Slice Italian Rolls. Dip Beef and Sausage into the gravy. Place Beef and Sausage onto the rolls. Top with Giardiniera. Serve immediately.
