Start the first song before you prep. Follow the recipe for cooking times, then let the final tracks carry you through cleanup.

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) with a pizza stone or baking steel if available, or an inverted baking sheet, for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the Sausage Topping until browned and crumbled, about 8-10 minutes. Drain any excess fat and set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, combine all Pizza Sauce ingredients. Stir well to combine.
  4. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the Pizza Dough to a very thin, approximately 12x16 inch (30x40 cm) rectangle. Carefully transfer the dough to a sheet of parchment paper.
  5. Lightly brush the rolled dough with Olive Oil. Spread the Pizza Sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border. Sprinkle half of the shredded Mozzarella cheese, then distribute the cooked sausage evenly over the sauce. Top with the remaining Mozzarella cheese, spreading it edge-to-edge.
  6. Carefully transfer the pizza on the parchment paper to the preheated baking surface. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and crisp, and the cheese is melted and bubbly with some browned spots. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing into squares and serving.
