Celery-finely diced

Red Onion-finely diced

Mayonnaise

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mash the Chickpeas slightly with a fork, leaving some texture.
- Add the Vegetables to the bowl with the chickpeas.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together all Dressing ingredients until well combined.
- Pour the Dressing over the chickpea and vegetable mixture.
- Stir well to combine. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Chill for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
