A simplified version of Chili’s Triple Dipper, featuring crispy chicken tenders, seasoned fries, and a creamy ranch-style dipping sauce.
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Cut chicken breasts into tender-sized pieces. In a bowl, combine all Chicken ingredients and toss to coat evenly.
- Fry the Chicken: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken for 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside.
- Prepare the Fries: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Peel and cut potatoes into fries. Toss with all Fries ingredients and spread on a baking sheet.
- Bake the Fries: Bake fries for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Make the Dipping Sauce: In a bowl, combine all Dipping Sauce ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Serve: Arrange fried chicken and fries on a platter with the dipping sauce.
