  1. In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the Ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  2. Add the Onion and Green bell pepper to the pot and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the Garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
  4. Add the Chili powder, Cumin, Oregano, Cayenne pepper, Salt, and Black pepper to the pot and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  5. Pour in the Diced tomatoes and Beef broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Stir in the Kidney beans and Black beans and simmer for another 15 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
