  1. In a large bowl, combine all Vegetables.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together all Dressing ingredients until smooth.
  3. Pour the Dressing over the Vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve chilled.
