Copycat BJ's Brewhouse Root Beer
A simple, homemade root beer recipe that aims to replicate the flavor of BJ's Brewhouse Root Beer using readily available ingredients.

Instructions
- In a large pot, combine all Root Beer Base ingredients.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
- Remove from heat and let cool completely.
- Once cooled, pour the root beer base into a large pitcher or bottles.
- Gently stir in the Club Soda or Sparkling Water just before serving. Do not shake.
- Serve chilled over ice.
