A simplified version of the popular salad, using readily available ingredients for a quick and satisfying meal.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season Chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through. Let cool and dice.
- In a small bowl, whisk together all Dressing ingredients until well combined.
- In a large bowl, combine Romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bacon, blue cheese, avocado, and hard-boiled eggs.
- Add diced Chicken to the salad.
- Pour Dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat. Serve immediately.
